If you would like to schedule an appointment to have your exam proctored, please complete the form below. You will be contacted with an appointment confirmation.

Please note there is a $25 non-refundable booking fee. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will lose your deposit. The booking fee will be applied towards your grand total the day of the exam.

Appointments will not be saved/booked until Booking Fee is received.

F.A.Q.

1. What is the cost?
The base fee that covers 2 hours of proctoring will be $65, every additional hour will be $30. A 1-2 hour exam would be $65, a 3 hour exam would be $95, a four hour exam $125, and so on. You will pay this fee the day of the appointment when you come to the testing center. We accept Cash or Credit/Debit card. If paying with Credit/Debit, there will be a 4.5% processing fee added to the total ($65 -->$67.93).

2. What should I bring to the appointment?
Please be prepared with one form of photo ID (nonexpired), and your preferred method of payment for the proctoring fee. Any scratch paper, pencils, or calculators(unless specific models are required) will be provided by the testing center.

3. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Credit/Debit. If paying Credit/Debit, please bring the physical card with you as our machine does not accept Tap To Pay / Apple Pay.

4. Where should I park?
Parking is always free of charge in front of the building. If the QTS-specific parking lot is full, feel free to park in the connecting parking lot in front of D'lux Salon Suites.

6. What days is your center closed?
The office will always be open Monday-Friday except for: Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year.
If a holiday is not listed above, the center will be open during regular business hours, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
