NONOFFICE HOURS:
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our instructors are available upon scheduling, seven days a week from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm, depending on the tutor's availability. The latest tutoring sessions can be held at 9:00 pm. If needed later than 9:00 pm, an extra charge will be applied and is based on the instructor’s availability and willingness.

2. If the student shows up late to the scheduled session, the instructor is only required to give you the remaining time in the session, and you will be charged for the full session.

SCHEDULING:
- All initial scheduling is conducted through the office.
- Once you have been matched with an instructor, any subsequent scheduling is handled directly between you and the instructor.
- If you are unable to reach your instructor for any reason, please call the office so that we may assist you in contacting them.
- We believe that consistency in tutoring is one of the main factors that determines how effective we can be with your student. Therefore, we do require a fixed weekly schedule.
PRICING:
- Prices vary by grade level. For exact pricing, please give us a call at (714) 991- 3838.
- All tutoring sessions must be at least one hour in length. If you do not use the full first hour, you will still be charged for the entire hour.
BILLING/PAYMENT:
- You have the option to prepay weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Depending on your prepaid method, you will receive an invoice from QTS on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. The invoice must be paid before your tutoring sessions take place.
- We accept cash (drop off only), check (drop off or mail), Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
- Quality Tutoring Services accepts all major credit cards.
- Quality Tutoring Services will charge $25 for any returned checks.
- All checks are made payable to Quality Tutoring Services or QTS and mailed to 1319 S. Euclid St., Suite A, Anaheim, CA 92802.
- A billing statement will be emailed to the client after payment has been received and processed.
- All payments for services in the billing cycle will be charged to the client’s credit card at the end of each billing cycle with an additional convenience fee, unless another form of payment is received.
- Clients whose payments are not received within 15 days of the invoiced billing date and are not on a payment plan will automatically have an additional 15% increase on their invoice as a late payment Fee.
- Should payment become delinquent, Quality Tutoring Services may bring action to collect the debt, and the client will be liable for any and all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees and costs.
NON-SOLICITATION OF TUTORS:
- This Non-Solicitation Agreement is entered into, effective date of Sign-Up for tutoring services with Quality Tutoring Services, by and between Quality Tutoring Services, a California State corporation with its principal address 1319 S. Euclid Street, Anaheim, CA 92802 and Client/Student/Family/Parent/Guardian signing this form below.
- WHEREAS, Quality Tutoring Services provides tutoring services to its clients and employs certain individuals as tutors: and
WHEREAS, Client wishes to engage Quality Tutoring Services to provide tutoring services:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows: - Non-Solicitation. During and after the term of this agreement and for a period of 2 years after its termination, Client agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit, recruit, or hire any of Quality Tutoring Services' tutors for any purpose whatsoever.
- Scope. This agreement shall apply to all Quality Tutoring Services Tutors and staff who provide tutoring services to clients during and after the term of this agreement.
- Remedies. In the event of a breach of this agreement by Client, Quality Tutoring Services shall be entitled to injunctive relief and/or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits and any other damages resulting from Client’s breach of this agreement.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the State of California.
- Entire Agreement. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, representations, and understandings of the parties, whether oral or written.
- Modifications. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties, Quality Tutoring Services, and the client.
- Counterparts. This agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument
- I agree that I will not solicit any of Quality Tutoring Services tutors for any reason, whether with or without good cause or for any or no cause. I will not hire any employees of the company, and I will not, either directly or indirectly, solicit, induce, recruit, or encourage any of the company's tutors to leave their employment, nor will I attempt to solicit any assigned tutor for myself or for any other person or entity without the prior approval of Quality Tutoring Services' management department.
- We take the breach of such an agreement seriously, and we will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, against any client that breaches this agreement.
- We believe that this agreement is in the best interest of both parties, and we trust that you will understand and comply with its terms. If you have any questions or concerns about this agreement, please feel free to contact us.
- By checking YES under the claim "I accept the terms and conditions mentioned in the Tutoring Policy form", available as a link on the SIGN UP page, you understand that breaching any of the mentioned under NON-SOLICITATION OF TUTORS listed above, allows Quality Tutoring Services to pursue all remedies provided by law including but not limited to filing a lawsuit against the client and/or Guardian receiving tutoring services.
CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW:
- In order to cancel/reschedule a session, you must contact your instructor or the office at least six hours prior to the scheduled session time. If you do not adhere to this deadline, you are responsible for the cost of the entire time of the scheduled session, capped at one hour.
- If the tutor arrives, (Zoom) calls at the scheduled time of the session, and the tutor is having difficulty contacting, or nobody is present at the location. The session will result in a "no-show", and the client is financially responsible for paying for the entire duration of the session, capped at 2 hours.
RESCHEDULING:
- Cancelled sessions should be made up the same week whenever possible to maintain the continuity of the tutoring program and its effectiveness in helping your student improve.
- If, after cancelling a regular session in accordance with the above deadlines and the instructor cannot be reached, you should contact the office to inform us. The instructor will do his/ her best to reschedule a session, but for scheduling reasons beyond our control, you may have to reschedule with a substitute instructor to make up a cancelled session.
STUDENT LATE ARRIVAL/ NO- SHOW:
- If no one is home when the instructor arrives, the instructor is obligated to wait 15 minutes before leaving. They will contact the office to inform us that the student did not arrive. No-Shows will be charged in full, capped at 2 hours.

INSTRUCTOR LATE ARRIVAL:
- If the instructor is late for any reason, the instructor will give you the full time of the scheduled tutoring session, starting from the time the instructor arrives.
- As a courtesy to you, the instructor is expected to call if he/ she will be late for any reason.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
- Quality Tutoring Services maintains detailed, computerized records, but be aware that it is your responsibility to:
- Keep track of the tutoring hours you have received
- Be prepared for your tutoring sessions; have necessary materials accessible and ready for review. For remote sessions; be prepared with audio, microphone, and internet access.
- Contact the office when you wish to stop receiving tutoring sessions.
- Cancel for any school, legal, religious holidays, and/or vacations ( a MINIMUM of 6 hours before the session)
- If you discontinue during a billing week, you forfeit your special discount. You will be responsible for paying the original rate for the hours completed in that week. (Depending on Grade Level)
- Even during holidays and vacations, Quality Tutoring Services will assume you are expecting your instructor as regularly scheduled, unless you call to inform the instructor and/ or office otherwise.
