Fees for Tutoring Services vary according to the level of study the student receives.

Prepayment
In order to offer insurance to our tutors for their time, the very first tutoring session will always be pre-paid. This is the only pre-payment QTS will ever ask you to make, and offers our tutors peace of mind when starting with a new family.
Payments
You do not need to make any payments until you receive an invoice from Quality Tutoring Services. Invoices are sent via e-mail on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis depending on the billing cycle you choose. Sessions are billed the following Friday, after the sessions have been conducted for a particular week. Please read our payment methods below and see which method fits you best! Some payment methods may include a convenience fee.
Pay by Debit/ Credit: Payments can be made by card with a 4.5% convenience fee included. Please contact the office and we will send you an authorization form by email. For each card transaction, a credit card authorization form is required.
Pay by Check: Payments can be made by mailing your check to the address shown on the invoice. No extra fees included.
Pay by Cash: Cash payments are accepted by drop off only. Call the office to let us know when you will stop by to make a payment. No extra fees included.
Pay by Venmo: Payments are now accepted through Venmo! Please search username Rami-Azar, and look for the business card as our company photo. No extra fees included.
Pay by Zelle: Payments can be made via Zelle, at phone number 562.715.1658. No extra fees included.
