OFFICE HOURS:
Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our instructors are available upon scheduling seven days a week. The latest a tutoring session can go until 10:00 pm. If needed later than 10:00 pm, an extra charge will be applied and is based upon the instructor’s availability and willingness.

SCHEDULING:
- All initial scheduling is conducted through the office.
- Once you have been matched with an instructor, any subsequent scheduling is handled directly between you and the instructor.
- If you are unable to reach your instructor for any reason, please call the office so that we may assist you in contacting them.
- All pricing rates can be found on our Pricing Page.
- All tutoring sessions must be at least one hour in length. If you do not use all of the time in that first hour, you will still be charged for the entire hour. Any tutoring time beyond one hour will be charged a pro-rated amount in 15-minute increments.
- We believe that consistency in tutoring is one of the main factors that determine how effective we can be with your student. Therefore, we do require a fixed weekly schedule.
- You will receive an invoice from QTS at the beginning of each week, and must be paid before your tutoring sessions take place. You can choose to prepay weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
- We accept cash (drop off only), check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
- A billing statement will be e-mailed to the client after payment has been received and processed.
- All clients are required to keep a current, valid credit card on file at all times in order to receive or continue receiving services.
- All payments for services in the billing cycle will be charged to the client’s credit card at the end of each billing cycle with an additional convenience fee, unless other form of payment is received.
- Clients whose checks are not received within 15 days of the invoiced billing date and they are not on a payment plan will automatically have the outstanding balance charged to their credit card.
- Quality Tutoring Services accepts all major credit cards.
- Quality Tutoring Services will charge a $25 amount for any returned check.
- All checks are made payable to Quality Tutoring Services or QTS and mailed to 1319 S. Euclid St. Suite A, Anaheim, CA 92802.
- Should payment become delinquent, Quality Tutoring Services may bring action to collect the debt and client will be liable for any and all costs of collection, including, but not limited to attorneys fees and costs.
- In order to cancel / reschedule a session, you must contact your instructor or the office at least six hours ahead of the scheduled session time. If you do not adhere to this deadline, you are responsible for the cost of the entire time of the scheduled session.
- If the tutor arrives or calls at the scheduled time of session and tutor is having difficulty contacting or nobody is present at the location. The session will result in a "no- show" and client is financially responsible to pay for the entire duration of the session.
